HOW APP CHANGES WORK

Request a new app any time through the Grow Control app on the phone. Our team reviews the request. Once approved, the app is sent securely to the Grow Control app, where you receive a notification and tap Install — there's no setup window and no moment where Google Play, browsers, or other app stores are opened up. On a child's phone, the request is held for the parent's approval first, at parent.growelectronics.com, before our team ever sees it.

Requests are processed one at a time. All requested apps are subject to compatibility, safety, and approval. Membership does not include cellular service, mobile data, paid app purchases, device repairs, or replacement hardware.
