Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain products and services offered by Grow Electronics may be available as subscriptions, recurring services, or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases may be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions and Recurring Services

Certain Grow Electronics products may require or include a recurring subscription or service plan.

When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and automatically charged according to the billing frequency shown at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until canceled unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal. Cancellation will stop future subscription charges but will not normally provide a refund for charges that have already been processed or for a subscription period that has already begun, except where required by law.

If a subscription is associated with a managed, filtered, or software-enabled device, canceling the subscription may result in the loss or disabling of services, software, management features, applications, filtering, support, or other functionality provided as part of that subscription. Any applicable effects of cancellation will be disclosed with the applicable product or service.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may occasionally be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

Depending on the product, Grow Electronics may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at the time the pre-order is placed. The applicable payment terms and estimated availability will be displayed when available.

A pre-order may be canceled for a refund before it has been processed or prepared for shipment.

Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy, including any applicable restocking fees and return conditions.

Estimated availability and shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change due to manufacturer, supplier, shipping, or other delays outside our control.

Changes or Cancellation by Grow Electronics

In some circumstances, Grow Electronics may need to cancel an order, pre-order, subscription, or service, including due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent us from providing the applicable product or service.

If we cancel a paid order before it is fulfilled, any amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded as appropriate.
