What's included

How an app request works
- Open the Grow Control app on the phone and request an app.
- On a child's phone, the request is held for the parent's approval first, at parent.growelectronics.com. Parents sign in with their phone number and a one-time text code — no app to install.
- Our team reviews the request.
- Once approved, the app is sent securely to the Grow Control app and you tap Install.
What Grow Control doesn't include
Grow Control does not include cellular service, mobile data, paid app purchases, repairs or replacement hardware. Requests are processed one at a time, and excessive, automated or circumvention-related requests may be limited or declined.
